PEAK Cheats on PC: Afflictions, Stamina, Trainer
PEAK does not have cheat codes and does not have a console. It has a stamina bar with a total of 100, and every affliction on the mountain is a piece taken out of it. Since the Play It Your Way update of March 2026 you can adjust the run, and since 11 August 2026 the mountain is finished. On PC that leaves one route past the bar, and it is a trainer that can hurt you as easily as heal you.
Takeaways What a PEAK cheat is up against
- The bar is 100, and afflictions eat it Hunger, injury, cold, heat, poison, spores, thorns, drowsy, curse and more, each a slice off the top, capped at 200 percent in total. No room left means you pass out.
- Injury never heals on its own Falls, lava, dynamite, a zombie bite. It stays until a bandage, a campfire, a berry or a cure does something about it.
- Custom runs change the rules, not the bar Play It Your Way sets difficulty, hazards and what spawns in luggage. It does not give you stamina.
- The trainer runs both directions 43 cheats, 17 free. Thirteen reset one affliction each, and thirteen more inflict it. Unlimited stamina and no afflictions are premium.
The bar is the game
PEAK came out on 16 June 2025 from Aggro Crab and Landfall, sold ten million copies by mid-August, and is built on one mechanic. The wiki’s page on the stamina bar lays it out: the bar is 100 points, climbing and sprinting spend them, and they come back at 20 a second once you have been on the ground for a beat. Every status effect is measured on the same bar and takes its share off the top. The sum of afflictions can pass 100, out past the end of the bar, and is capped at 200. Once they leave no room for stamina to regenerate, the scout passes out.
Hunger grows on its own at 0.05 a second, faster on the higher Ascent settings. Injury comes from falls, lava, dynamite, antlions, zombies and arrows, and it never fades by itself; it needs a bandage, a campfire, a healing berry or a cure. Cold comes at night and in the Alpine, heat in the Kiln, poison from the wrong mushroom, spores from a Remedy Fungus at the wrong moment, thorns from the plant you grabbed for a handhold. Weight is carried items, and on Ascent 3 and up every item gets heavier.
That is the whole difficulty. The mountain does not kill you. The bar does.
What the game lets you change
The Play It Your Way update landed in March 2026 and did what its name says: individual difficulty settings, hazards on or off, control over what turns up in luggage, custom rules for a run. It is the nearest thing to a cheat menu the game has, and for a group of four it is the right one, because everybody climbs under the same rules.
Then on 11 August 2026 The Final Ascent added Gloom and The Citadel as variants for the Caldera and the Kiln, plus an alternative ending behind four gems, and the developers’ own FAQ calls it the final major update. The daily rotation of biomes at 17:00 UTC continues. Solo play works offline. Multiplayer is friends only, with no matchmaking, which matters for the next section, because it means the only lobby a cheat could reach is one you invited people into.
The developers are supportive of modders and share source to help them, without a Workshop, and the mod scene has fly and no-fall-damage mods. There is no console.
The trainer, and its thirteen mirrors
The PEAK trainer lists 43 cheats, 17 free. The shape of the free list is the shape of the bar: Reset Injury, Reset Hunger, Reset Cold, Reset Poison, Reset Curse, Reset Drowsy, Reset Weight, Reset Heat, Reset Cactus, Reset Spores, Reset Web, Reset Arrow, Reset Flytrap, thirteen switches that each wipe one affliction, all free. Refill Stamina is free too, and so is movement speed and a free camera.
Then the premium list does something no other trainer on this site does at this scale. Thirteen more cheats inflict the same afflictions: Injured, Hungry, Colder, Poisoned, Cursed, Drowsy, Weighted, Heated, Cactus, Spores, Web, Arrow, Flytrap. One switch per affliction to add it, one to remove it. That is a tool for people who want to practise the Kiln at full heat on the Shore, and for people who think Ascent 7 is not enough.
The rest is the bar itself. Unlimited stamina, no afflictions at all, no fall damage, jump height and climb speed multipliers, two gravity settings, jump stamina and jump strength multipliers. Three fog cheats reduce or grow the visual fog and reset the size of the fog that chases you. Set Time picks the hour, which on a mountain with cold nights is the difference between a rest and a death.
Custom run or trainer
Play It Your Way if you climb with friends. It is in the game, everyone gets the same mountain, and the settings go a long way.
The trainer if you climb alone and want to see the Citadel without dying to the arrow traps on the way, or want the hard version of the Alpine on demand. It changes values in memory on your own PC, offline.
PEAK is a game about four people shouting at a rope. The trainer is for the one about a person and a mountain.

No. There is no code entry and no developer console. The Play It Your Way update added custom run settings, which is the closest thing in the game. Cheats on PC come from mods or a trainer, and only for climbs you run alone.
Can you play PEAK solo?
Yes. Solo play works offline, and multiplayer is Steam friends only with no matchmaking. The trainer is for the solo climb.
How does stamina work in PEAK?
The bar totals 100. Climbing, sprinting and jumping spend it, and it regenerates at 20 a second once you have been on the ground for a moment. Afflictions reduce the maximum. When they leave no room, you pass out.
Is PEAK still getting updates?
The Final Ascent of 11 August 2026 added the Gloom and Citadel biomes and was the last major update. The developers say bug fixes and maintenance continue.
