  • Fuel decides how far a patrol goes, one of two numbers that end it early. This refills it in one step.

Why cheats make sense in UBOAT

A patrol is a resource problem with a war on top. Fuel decides how far you go, torpedoes decide what you can sink, and the crew decides whether either matters, because an exhausted officer makes mistakes at the worst moment. Refill fuel and increase budget are the two free cheats, which covers the two numbers that end a patrol early.

  • The crew is eight separate cheats

    Health and energy for the current character, plus the rest of the staff. Every station on the boat is a person with their own fatigue, and a tired hydrophone operator hears less.

  • Fuel is the leash

    Refill fuel is one of only two free cheats, and infinite fuel is premium. The range of the boat decides which patrol areas are reachable at all.

  • Upgrades come from reputation

    Set reputation points and ship upgrade points. A better boat comes from successful patrols, which need the better boat, which is the loop the campaign is built on.
