Why cheats make sense in 7 Days to Die
Day seven comes whether the walls are finished or not. Between horde nights you scavenge, craft and repair, and the three free time cheats move that clock in hours. The ten item slot cheats exist because a base needs concrete, ammunition and traps in quantities that take a real evening to gather, and the game is counting down while you do it.

Ten slots, ten cheats
Set item slot 1 through 10. Rather than a generic add item, the trainer fills whatever you have in each slot, which suits a game where the bottleneck is quantity of a specific material rather than variety. -
The horde is on a timer
Plus one hour, minus one hour and plus six hours are three of the four free cheats. Blood moon arrives every seventh day, and the difference between ready and not is often a few hours of daylight. -
Building means moving
Fly mode and no collision sit in the list. Base construction on a voxel map involves a great deal of climbing, and falling off your own wall is a classic way to end a run.
