- Money and resources on tap

Five cheats, and one of them unlocks every population milestone at once. Cities: Skylines II gates its buildings behind city size, which means the interesting parts arrive long after the layout is decided.
All Cities: Skylines II cheats
5 cheats in 3 groups. 2 free, 3 with a premium plan.
Money/Resources
- A city's budget grows only as fast as the city does, and that circle is deliberately slow near the start. This breaks it early.
- Removes funds instead of adding them, for testing a tighter budget than the city currently has.
Miscellaneous
- Milestones unlock service tiers one population threshold at a time. This clears the whole ladder at once.
Skills/Experience
- City XP unlocks new buildings and policies at a set pace. This adds to it directly.
- A separate progression track from XP, spent on development options rather than unlocks.
Why cheats make sense in Cities: Skylines II
A city grows when the budget allows it, and the budget grows when the city does. That circle is the game, and it is slow at the start by design: you place roads you cannot afford to service, wait for taxes, and unlock the next tier of services a milestone at a time. Add and subtract money are both free, which covers the part where the circle is tightest.
