Why cheats make sense in SILENT HILL f
Combat in a Silent Hill game is deliberately awkward. You are not a soldier, the weapon is heavy, and the thing in front of you does not stagger politely. Eleven cheats work on health and stamina, eight on the enemies, including caps that make them take or deal a percentage of normal damage. Ten cheats are free, which for a survival horror release is generous.

Sanity is a second health bar
Refill sanity and always full sanity are both free. The mechanic exists so that surviving physically is not the same as surviving, and it changes what the game shows you. -
Enemies scale by percentage
Eight AI cheats setting damage to 66 or 33 percent in either direction. Rather than switching combat off, the trainer lets you set where the encounter sits. -
Stamina limits every swing
Unlimited stamina is free, with 66 and 33 percent caps beside it. Melee in survival horror is rationed on purpose, and running out mid encounter is how most deaths happen.
