The store scales faster than your hands do. More customers means more empty shelves, and every shelf is filled item by item from a box you carried from the back. Add franchise points that unlock upgrades slowly, thieves who walk out with the stock, and a day that ends at 22:30 whether you were ready or not. The four free cheats cover money and the clock, which is where most sessions run out.

Shelf stocking is the whole job
Three separate multipliers for products placed on a shelf, plus unlimited products from boxes. Expanding the store makes restocking worse, not better, which is an unusual shape for a progression curve. -
Franchise points gate everything
Add franchise points and a reset sit in the list. New departments, bigger storage and staff all come from the same pool, and the pool fills at the speed of served customers. -
Thieves are a tax on attention
Permanently frozen thieves and a lethal broom are both cheats. Shoplifters arrive while you are restocking, which means the game punishes you for doing the job it just asked you to do.

Does the trainer work in co-op?
No. Despite the name, the trainer works in single-player only and has no effect on a shared store.

Yes, and it is free. Set time takes any value from 8 to 22.5, which covers the whole trading day.
