Schedule 1 Console Commands: Cash, Items and Rank
Schedule 1 ships with its own cheat console, and it is generous: cash, bank balance, any item, enough XP to reach Kingpin, a property you never paid for. It is off by default, it is switched on one save at a time, and it does not lock your achievements.
Takeaways What the Schedule 1 console does, in four lines
- Off by default, on per save Escape, Game tab, Console toggle at the top. Every save needs it switched on separately.
- Money: changecash and changebalance One adds cash on hand, the other adds to the ATM balance. Items come from give with an item ID.
- addxp 57000 puts you at Kingpin I There is no rank command. Rank follows total XP, and the wiki lists the threshold for every tier.
- Host only in co-op Players report the second player cannot use the console. Keep it to your own single-player saves.
The console is a toggle in the pause menu, one save at a time
Load the save you want to change and press Escape. The menu opens on the Game tab, and the first thing on it is a Console toggle. Click it, close the menu, and the tilde key (~) now opens a command line. The Console page of the Schedule 1 wiki adds the detail most guides skip: the setting is stored per save. A second save starts with the console off again.
This page was checked against v0.4.6f13, the stable patch of 14 August 2026. The game is still in early access, and the developer keeps adding commands. Version 0.4.3 added setquantity, setdayduration and setpoliceignoreplayers along with arrow-key history in the console, and 0.4.4 brought the weather commands. The wiki has no syntax for the 0.4.3 additions yet, so they are left out of the table.
The commands, by what you came to change
Numbers follow the command after a space. Times are 24-hour, so settime 0800 is eight in the morning.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
changecash 5000 | Adds the amount to cash on hand |
changebalance 5000 | Adds the amount to your ATM balance |
give ogkush 20 | Gives an item by ID, quantity optional, default 1 |
addxp 1000 | Adds experience, which is what moves your rank |
setowned barn | Marks a property or business as yours |
teleport barn | Moves you to a location ID |
spawnvehicle shitbox | Puts a vehicle in front of you |
settime 1200 | Sets the time of day |
settimescale 1.5 | Runs the clock 1.5 times faster, 1 is normal |
growplants | Every plant in the world finishes growing |
setquality heavenly | Raises the equipped product to a quality tier, 0 to 4 also works |
packageproduct jar | Packages the equipped stack into jars, baggies or bricks |
setrelationship albert_hoover 5 | Sets one NPC’s relationship, 0 to 5 |
setlawintensity 0 | Police activity on a scale of 0 to 10 |
clearwanted | Drops your wanted level, lowerwanted takes one step |
sethealth 200 | Sets your health to the amount |
setmovespeed 1.5 | Movement speed multiplier, setjumpforce works the same |
save | Saves anywhere, no property needed |
Item and location IDs are lowercase with no spaces. The wiki lists them all, from ogkush and cocaseed to m1911mag, and from motelroom to manor, the mansion the wiki marks as reachable only through the console. Version 0.4.0 added setgravitymultiplier, setregionunlocked and forcesleep on top.
There is no rank command, and addxp does the job
Rank in Schedule 1 is total XP and nothing else. The wiki’s rank table puts Hoodlum I at 1,000 XP, which also opens Westville, Hustler I at 6,125 and Kingpin I at 57,000. So addxp 57000 on a fresh save puts you at Kingpin I, with every item unlock on the way handed over at once.
That has a side effect the table makes visible. Rank also multiplies what each customer spends per week, from 1x at Street Rat I to a cap of 10x at Kingpin 66, which sits at 206,500 XP. A big addxp changes your economy as well as your shop list.
One more thing worth knowing before you type: the wiki notes that enabling commands does not disable achievement progress. A command can unlock a Steam achievement you would rather have earned the slow way. If that matters to you, the general picture is in do cheats disable achievements.
Where the console stops: co-op, and every chore that repeats
Co-op is the first limit. In a Steam forum thread from April 2025, players report that the console does not work for the second player. The thread has no reply from the developer. The host types, the guest watches. This page treats the console as a single-player tool and nothing else.
The second limit is that every command is a one-off. changecash adds a lump, give adds a stack, growplants finishes the plants that exist right now. None of them stays switched on. The watering can still empties, the soil still runs out, a pot still dries, and the next customer still wants a free sample tomorrow. setrelationship raises one NPC at a time, so a full customer list is a long evening of typing names.
What the trainer keeps switched on
The Schedule 1 trainer lists 22 cheats, eight of them free. Three of the free ones overlap with the console: movement speed, jump height and gravity. The other five free cheats do what no command does: an infinite watering can, unlimited free samples per day, and speed or gravity changes for the Egg Runner and Snake minigames on the TV.
The premium cheats lean the same way. No water drain on pots and infinite uses on soil cover the daily round. Freeze current daytime and plus or minus one hour hold the clock still or nudge it. Fast max relationships works on customers in general, not one NPC ID at a time, and no body searches and stealth deal with the police side. Set cash money and set ATM or bank money mirror the two money commands.
What the trainer does not have is an XP or rank cheat. For rank, the console is the better tool.
Console or trainer, by what you want from the save
The console for a one-time jump. Start a save at Kingpin with a barn and 50,000 in the bank, or fix a stuck quest with setqueststate. Type it once and play on.
The trainer for the daily round. Water, soil, samples and the clock come back every in-game day, and switches that stay on save you from typing the same lines again. How to use a game trainer on PC covers the setup.
Single-player only in both cases. In co-op the console belongs to the host, and a trainer has no place in someone else’s session.

Load the save, press Escape, stay on the Game tab and click the Console toggle at the top. Then press the tilde key (~) in game. The setting is stored per save, so every save needs it once.
What is the money command in Schedule 1?
changecash followed by an amount adds cash on hand, for example changecash 5000. changebalance followed by an amount adds the same to your ATM balance.
Is there a command to set your rank in Schedule 1?
No. Rank follows total XP, so you use addxp. Kingpin I starts at 57,000 XP according to the wiki's rank table, which means addxp 57000 on a fresh save lands there.
Do console commands disable achievements in Schedule 1?
No. The wiki notes that enabling commands does not disable achievement progress, so a command can unlock an achievement you would rather have earned.
Can both players use the console in Schedule 1 co-op?
Players on the Steam forum report that commands do not work for the second player. Treat the console as a single-player tool.
