- A single field can run past sunset in real time. This skips straight through the stretch between plough and harvest.

- Fields here are large enough that walking between the tractor and the silo is its own commitment. This speeds that part up.

Why cheats make sense in Farming Simulator 25
A field takes as long as a field takes. Plough, sow, fertilise, harvest, drive to the silo, drive back, and the sun sets in the middle of it. The trainer moves the clock in both directions, changes game speed, and keeps the fuel tanks above 500 litres, so a session ends when you decide it does rather than when the day runs out.

Walking across your own farm is the tax
Six free cheats cover walk and run speed in both directions. Between the shed, the field and the shop there is a lot of ground, and none of it is farming. -
The day is too short for one field
Time of day plus and minus one hour are free, game speed is premium. Harvesting at night costs visibility, and waiting for morning costs the evening you sat down for. -
Fuel is a second errand
Fuel and other tanks at a 500 litre minimum exists because refuelling means driving to the station, buying, driving back. It is realistic and it is not why anyone bought the game.
