- Removes the per-turn movement cap on units, for reaching a resource tile or a front line faster than the map allows.
- Heals a unit automatically as it moves, instead of the rest turns healing normally costs.
Why cheats make sense in ENDLESS Legend 2
Dust is the currency, influence buys the diplomacy and the empire decisions, and the strategic resources gate your best units. Those resources sit on specific tiles, which means your empire's ceiling is decided by where you settled fifty turns ago. All four free cheats move Dust and influence, the two numbers you feel short of every turn.

Dust and influence are the constant shortage
Both have add and subtract switches, all four free. One pays for buildings and units, the other for empire plans and diplomacy, and both accumulate slowly. -
Strategic resources are geography
Titanium, glassteel, lazualin and hyperium each have a setter. They come from tiles on the map, so an empire without them cannot build its better units regardless of how well it is playing. -
Movement decides the map
Unlimited movement and auto heal on move. Armies crossing a 4X map spend most turns travelling, and healing normally means standing still in friendly territory.
